Unless exceptions apply, if you qualify as an Indian consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to cancel your subscription or contract with WynLeads within a specified period, without giving any reason. If you do not qualify as a consumer under this act, you cannot benefit from the cancellation rights described in this section.

You must submit your cancellation request before the cancellation period ends.

If you correctly cancel your subscription or contract within the cancellation period, your access to WynLeads's paid features will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle or immediately, depending on the subscription terms. No further charges will be applied after cancellation, provided the request is made within the 14-day period.

Refund Policy

BRIGHTWYN PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide refunds for any payments made for subscriptions or services on WynLeads, except where required by applicable Indian law. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, one-time purchases, or any additional fees incurred during the use of our services.

If you are an Indian consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and you exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, you may be entitled to a refund as per applicable law. In such cases, we will process any legally mandated refunds promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification. Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The jurisdiction over any controversy related to this policy lies with the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. If you qualify as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or domicile in India.
