This can be done using a cancellation form provided in your account dashboard or by sending a clear statement via email. You must submit your cancellation request before the cancellation period ends.
If you correctly cancel your subscription or contract within the cancellation period, your access to WynLeads's paid features will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle or immediately, depending on the subscription terms. No further charges will be applied after cancellation, provided the request is made within the 14-day period.

BRIGHTWYN PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide refunds for any payments made for subscriptions or services on WynLeads, except where required by applicable Indian law. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, one-time purchases, or any additional fees incurred during the use of our services.
If you are an Indian consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and you exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, you may be entitled to a refund as per applicable law.
